FM23 Transfers & Data Update Final Pack (TheNotoriousPr0 + FMTU) / 10.10.2023 / DOWNLOAD LINK This update contains 191.424 changes until the 10th of October 2023 that occurred after the 23.4 database lockdown. Inside the pack & down below the thread, you will find an "Instructions" text on how to install correctly the files in your game. New packs are released approximately every 10 days (1st, 10th, 20th of every month), around 18:00 BST / 19:00 CEST / 20:00 EEST. Database changes include: Transfers: • Transfers from FMTransferUpdate.com. An online platform which allows you to submit transfers in real time. New Players/Staff: • New players/staff who doesn't exist in the game's current database. Other Changes: • Changes in general which include second nationalities, affiliations between teams, new stadiums, favorite personal etc. Real Life Agents: • With specific attributes & clients adding more realism to the game. Wonderkids: • Newly U21 players with a PA over -75. Extras-New Leagues: • Cyprus, which includes all 3 leagues and cups as playable plus Awards for Cyta Championship & B' Katigoria. • Greece, with corrections in Super League 2 Betsson Voreios & Notios Omilos & Playable G Ethniki. Instructions: • Open the file you downloaded with .rar or winzip. • Select all .fmf files and copy-paste/extract/drag & drop them into the editor data folder which can be found on the following location: Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2023 / editor data Create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist. • Make a new "Career" game. Choose the "23.4.0 Update" database and select all my files. Q: Can I play with this update without using the Current-Potential Ability Changes or any other file I don't want? A: Yes, the Current-Potential Ability Changes file is a unique file. If you don't want this file or any other, simply don't choose it/them when you start a new game. Yeah my answer was more like a joke. To be fair, I am doing exactly what SI does in the winter patch (all transferred players are immediately in their new teams & are not set as future transfers). I have seen people like you, which I totally get, it's fine with me.

Hi SpiderJu and thanks for your kind words. I would prefer if you also used the transfers file, since it's the file that I am most proud of, but it's ok I guess No, I can't make these kind of changes. If people started asking staff or players that are missing from the database, most likely I would have hundreds of requests. You can tell that's way too much.. Thanks for the understading!

All big leagues have been updates with the new sub rules & yes the same applies for La Liga since some packs ago. If you using the live transfer file from fmtransferupdate.com, yes that needs verification. If not you are doing something wrong, or haven't downloaded the newest file.

Due to the transfer deadline day, the next pack will be pushed back to the 2nd of September.

Thanks for that. Yes most likely the next release is going to be on the 2nd. Packs will continue until FM23 comes out, so no worries. We still got time. Last year the final pack was released on the 10th of October.

Sadly there isn't much I can so. Also we can't be 100% sure about anything at all, right? Things can happen in the next year.

As far as I know they are still on loan, why should I convert them to transfers?

Yes, will check them, thanks! You need the FM22 English New Format & Sub Rules (TheNotoriousPr0) file which can be found in the New Formats, Rules & Leagues folder. Take it out of the folder and place it with the other files in the editor data folder.

Which leagues are you talking about? I have already updated some.

Probably you are using a file that is now outdated for the summer packs. Make sure you delete any old file before adding the new ones.
