La struttura del campionato Primavera 4 è flessibile, ed è data dal fatto che se una prima squadra retrocede in Serie D, la sua U20 in automatico va a giocare in un altro campionato giovanile e lascia la Primavera, facendo spazio alle formazioni U20 delle squadre promosse in C

Esempio dello scorso anno, la Giana Erminio è in Serie C e la sua U20 partecipa al Campionato Primavera 4 ed è promossa in Primavera 3, ma essendo la sua squadra retrocessa in D, non parteciperà a nessun campionato Primavera, questo perchè i posti li prendono obbligatoriamente le squadre promosse dalla Serie D in Serie C

Nel gioco questo non esiste e le squadre che vengono promosse dalla Serie D in Serie C non hanno nessuna squadra U20 che gioca nei campionati.
