I have the same problem.This bug exists from previous version and still did not fixed after the update. I create focus to an unassignment scout and focus goes to another scout who has already another focus.Please fix it. And sometimes even if i have give a focus to a scout,with ongoing priority,it says me "awaiting an assignment". -
As you can see I cannot see or negotiate the transfer offer.It does not happens every time but sometimes. Also,please check the message at the first picture.Really it doesn't make sense because Al-Hilal just send the transfer offer,it is the first one,none transfer offer before,and says than doesn't want to make bid for my player,because previous offer via an intermediary fall through. As you can see,we agreed with Salzburg at 18,5m but after the agreement it seems we agreed for 14,75m. After many tries,i found that only if i lock the fee,it seems the same after the agreement. You can check and test on your own
