Now this also isn't unique, it's quite literally every contract request. Here, I have Luka Topalović. He signed as a squad player and that's been his playing time. Last season, he started just 10 games last season and only started one so far this season. He is already top 10 paid players in the squad but he now feels underpaid. He's now requesting to be a 'Star Player' (based on what exactly?) and not only that, he's requesting to be paid £80k a week. Again, based on what? He's on £26k and now wants £80k not playing the majority of games. That would then make him the highest-paid player at the club, by £33k. That is A LOT!My star player, Lazar Samardžić, who Topalovic is a squad player too, is on £26k. He wants more than double that of someone already a star player.
I managed to negotiate to £70k, so he's still going to be the highest-paid player at the club, by £23k. This is not realistic in any way and in a very short time, it will ruin this save and become unstainable. He's not the first and only. My keeper, 18-year-old Callan McKenna went from £1k to the highest-paid player after one season. He's now on £43k. I must add, that most of these crazy requests before winning a major comp.
If I was looking for complete realism in this save, I'd be stuck. I'm far from claiming the game is unplayable, though. You may have to find other ways to play or compromise. Both can be true in that it's playable but you can't play the game in the way you expected.
I follow you on twitter and you won the league and UECL before this situation happened mate, no ? To be honest, I don't see any issue with this . Pros on Topalovic profile shows that he's already leading player for Serie A and has the same CA rating as Samardzic, he has a right to request the same squad status as Samardzic and request 80K wage from a club that won Serie A and European Cup. If not you, he can easily get this amount of cash or maybe even more from somewhere else.

I have just won the Premier league with Brighton on my second season, I think my squad is well enough to qualify for European Football but being champions is not quite realistic whilst team media prediction was 8th. Few things on this,
-Almost all teams in the PL use new roles(IFB-IWB etc) which is so easy to defend. In previous FM's, it was almost impossible to beat Liverpool, City, Arsenal etc away but now it's much easier. If this is the most popular system in the world football and most succesful teams are using them, then these should be strengthen
-Teams do not subtitute/rotate enough and starting low condition players
-Massive bug on welcoming players that i didn't know until I ended up having quite few of Model Citizens in my team just because I asked James Milner to welcome new signings. Now i feel like it's a cheat code because these players work extremely hard on and off pitch so i'm planning to buy in-game editor to balance these players
-I have seen many goal glores in the first season but second season is quite balanced so nothing to complain on my side.

I have just played my first game after the full version and it's first 0-0 game of the season and lost 2 players during the game due to injury which i can't really complain because I've been finding amount of injuries quite low for last few versions of FM. I can clearly say that there are ME changes even though i can't confirm what they are but it just feels different (Much easier to feel it as i'm using only 2D)
Emi Martinez had 8.2 ratings and MOM, Villa used all available substitutes

Not sure if some of you guys have already experienced such situation or it's known bug but I sometimes ask James Milner to welcome all new signings at Brighton and all players that he did welcome had a massive bump on determination and personality (determination:19, personality: model citizen)
If this is how it's meant to be (I don't think so at all), that's fine but if i'ts a bug then it should be fixed ASAP.

OI's depend on opponents but have few PI's,
DRC/DLC : defaults + Dribble more
WBR/WBL : defaults + Dribble more, Shoot less often + Mark tighter
DMCR : defaults + More direct passes
DMCL : dribble more + shoot less often
AMCL : roam from position + take more risks
I mostly use my striker as Pressing forward but switching to CF/DLF/F9 when we can't create much or can't keep the ball

I'm also managing RC Lens and currently in the middle of 6th season. We've eventually managed to win Ligue 1 at the end of season 5 and going head to head with PSG this season
single quarter / semi final in CL so far but no final as of yet, hoping to win this year as we're playing some great football
I have been using the below formation since the beginning but slightly adjusting it season by season
I try to keep things tight when it comes to wage budget which creates great atmoshpere and cohesion. Also much easier to receive good offers for players as i like buy-sell business.
Club will soon start building new stadium almost 55K capacity, it's currently pending on planning permission, i really want this to be built asap as i'm still enjoying the save
Some great profits we made,
Season 1 youth intake was decent but later on quite disappointing. Only two players made into first team so far, both came in first season
Best player : Arda Guler who joined us second season only for EUR 10M and developed really really well, big joy to watch him

I have just loaded new game with 23.04 but still can't see the latest transfers in Turkish league, for example Alexandru Maxim - Besiktas. Is this how it is or i'm doing something wrong here please ?

Players finally seem to be hitting early crosses, hardly contain myself to not cry.

it has come with Brexit, means settled as non-foreigner until particular date. This is for players who started to play in England before Brexit

yes mate, i have. Analysis is currently on and boxes on pitch disappear when i deactivate analysis but still no even single partnership

Hi folks - I'm about to finish my second season with Leeds, however, no partnership have been established by my players even though most of them played constantly together during the season (Onguene-Koch / Menino-Raphinha / Tsimikas-Grealish)
Is this really possible or i'm missing something in settings ? looked pretty odd to me compared to previous series
