1. Liam Millar is fully committed to the Canadian national team. I'm not sure what sort of proof you would need for this, but there is no reason to believe he isn't. He may even be cap tied to Canada through the 2019 Gold Cup, I'm not sure.

Sorry if this is the wrong place for national team eligibility/commitment, but it was the most appropriate thing I could find. Let me know if you want more proof on any of these guys.
