Test starting a game in 2024 (2nd year start). You should replicate the issue.

With England not loaded, final (and third place playoff) is played days after Christmas. With England loaded, it goes to January.

No issue when starting in 2023 (1st year start).

Or simply don't run the CWC when starting in 2024... register the real winners, it's easier.
