  1. Yeah I managed to fix all of that with the teams, Just having an issue with european eligibility now instead!!
  2. As you can see, I've done a joint welsh scottish irish db, I fixed all my previous issues and thought it was good to go as now have ireland england wales northern ireland leagues all playable... but now my issue is the teams from outside scotland are not eligible to qualify for europe. I've ran 2 seasons and this also applied to swansea who finished second the season before, They did not qualify for europe as again were not eligible. How do i fix that as there is nothing in league rules etc that i can see, Or can anybody else have a look to see if they can change it. File attached SWI League Pyramid.fmf
  3. So I've restructured Scotland into a new system. You see so many dbs with Old Firm in England but what about having teams like Swansea/Cardiff/Dundalk/Linfield etc up north instead but also teams like Newport/Wrexham/TNS/ Crusaders etc in the pyramid as well. My thoughts being creating a rival pyramid in the Uk. As it makes it very competetive with the addition of new sides I've basically completed everything. It works Scotland is playable with my restructure and addition of teams etc.New prize money, All verified. But The English Irish League etc now missing teams. I've replaced teams in England/Ireland/wales that i've moved to Scotland. By promoting Sunderland etc and bringing back Bury and other promotions to make the league work. But I've got teams now missing in the following leagues only Isthmian Prem need 1 team Southern Prem need 1 Northern Prem need 1 Isthmian D1N need 1 Annoyingly they are not playable leagues so i figured i wouldnt need them but I do. Also missing Irish first division need 2 Northern Irish championship need 2 Which again I didn't think would need as replaced the teams I've taken as the other leagues are not playable Then England/wales/Ireland would be playable. It's all I need. Can anybody help get these leagues playable for me and will credit when I will release as I've just hit a brick wall of what to do. Maybe creating sides to just go in the pyramid would work. If so could add teams like thames/holme etc from our favourite youtubers Please help, as I need England to run along side this especially, And just needs a fresh set of eys to fix the problem. 4. I've been trying to create for myself an edited scottish pyramid where i've expanded the league structure , I used Mozza's file for a base which I've done for years as it's great work and I usually have no issues editing it. I've got everything verified in the editor and passes the tests. It loads no issues. My problem is this...The split. Ideally I would want rid or even replaced with a playoff system like Belgium for europe. Failing that just an 8/8 split of the league if it had to stay. At the moment tho, I cant edit it or change it. So it's still the top 6 teams. That leaves 10 teams. However its only taking 6 teams. 8th to 12th are in the split and so are 15th and 16th. But 14th and 15th seasons just end and are left out of the split. Then after comes the relegation playoffsI need someone to fix it for me. I have tried and tried but keep running into problems. So either please could someone get rid of the split or put in Belgium like Playoffs. Or an 8/8 split with a relegation playoff including the league below as currently stands in the file.Attached is the file. Thanks in AdvancedI'd be really grateful for any help. Attached is the file. If your bored and good with the editor please have a go at this. I'm posting this as many places as possible as nobody seems to respond to anyone on any forums anymore so hoping someone may on this thread. Until then i'll be looking at the editor...with a blank look on my face Scottish Pyramid.fmf

  6. Another season. Another top 4 finish. Another disaster in the playoffs. Things have to change. Season after season of abject contempt. Only to be disappointed time and time. I feel as if I missed my chance but we need to go again. Well, That sort of message did not work out so well for Liverpool back in 2014. But we need to dust ourselves down and get on with it. I need a really big season, I feel as if I am slipping behind the other lads, and getting trapped in the abyss. Lets take a look at the Transfers. As I had no money to spend. Been relying on free transfers. Lost one Ghanain CB on a free and replaced him with another in Vorash I managed to sign back a player i sold when I took over the club and i'm hoping he can have a big impact this season Alija Krnic as well as the free transfer of Hal Robson Kanu. I'm thinking of moving to a Wales type tactic so I hope he can have a big impact Sorry for the non detailed post, I'll put more into it next time but with real life constraints it's been hard to find the time so i squeezed one out., Just wanted to let you know I'm still trying my best, And I really think Even tho the media think otherwise, especially with money bags Jamie in my league at Llagostera ... They should never have gave them poles money! Until next time
  7. Another year gone. And again I find myself at a new club. It's not like I have done bad, two top 5 finishes but both with relegated teams. The pressure was too much. And I found myself out of work. Sticking to my 4231 Gengenpress style has not really worked out in Spain. So It's time to channel my Simeone, My Ranieri if you will or maybe my Mike Bassett. As this season ladies and gentleman. We will be playing 4 4 ****ing 2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7hEqCdAwjs Season Review After an abomination of a finish, I crashed harder than a plane full of ... (....too soon) Anyways the less said about it the better. I'm just going to forget about UCAM. I should never of left Hercules. They actually won there league. I created a legacy. I just wasn't there. So pastures new. It's time to think a bit smaller. So I've gone to a little old team called Heusca. Expectations are still the playoffs but its a chance to build a club without the millions of debt. So who the hell are Huesca? S.D.Huesca Financially I've already managed to balance the books. After a good window and selling some players of value while spending 0. I'm doing things the right way this season which will help the club in the long term. I need a 3 year plan rather than just throwing everything at going up. Transfers As you can see I'm going to go down the British road. Got a few boys in which I feel can do a job. Especially in a 442. Lafferty and Campbell are a decent Championship strikeforce. So I've got big hopes they can do a good job. Alongside a guy who has been amazing on the last few FM's. I've seen him become England captain a few times but it looks like SI have pulled him back compared to the last 2 versions. Aaron Kuhl . All in all I'm happy with Huesca. But i've let myself down so far in the clan. I am the new guy and I wanted to make a big impression. After all like the great man once said "It's not how you start but how you finish" Who said that? Ron Jeremy? I digress, I need to have a big season, but if I don't go up it won't be the end of the world. The competition is fierce. And it's about time I stepped up my game. I refuse to be 3 for 3 and be at a 4th team next season. I've not done that bad but i need to do better "My Garden Shed is bigger than this .... It's got a door and a window. My Garden shed is bigger than this!"
  8. Pastures New After a turbulent season at Hercules, where I endured endless board meetings and bombing out the playoffs after a 3rd place finish. I decided to jump before I was pushed. The relationship with the board became toxic. It was time to go. In a strategic move I rocked up at UCAM. A team from Murcia est in 1999 this young club is ambitious and I think is a more realistic adventure in which I can mould them into a side which will be able to travel up the leagues. With a decent wage budget and a squad assembled ready to compete I have lower expectations from a board who are realistic compared to the morons who run Hercules. Lets have a closer look at UCAM. Finances are not great but at this level we defo have a bit of spending power. Which I'll be able to utilise to get out the league and then launch my attack in Liga 123. The club is a bit of a renegade compared to the big neighbours up the road. But with Murcia being such a big city there is scope to become a massive club and a force in Spain and it's something I am relishing this season. Transfers I been a busy boy. But I really think I got enough to compete at this level and maybe in the league above. Managed to raise a bit of money and I'm well under budget in case I need to go again in January. Star Players A full Albanian International this guy is the heartbeat of my team. And I'm really glad I've managed to keep hold of his during the window. Big Borys is a monster. I think he can pull up tree's at this level. Plucked from Stuttgart reserves I'm expecting big things this season. As he will be integral to how I play. With his work rate I can press from the front and establish my pressing style on the division. Summary With Cordoba in my league and the ***** up the road. It could be very competitive. But I think I got enough about the squad to make a serious challenge. With the crazy playoff system at the end of the season, I need to be prepared for all eventualities. But the aim is to get out this league and try and get up the ladder. UCAM present a really interesting project. And I got a good feeling about this team. A lot of things were learnt at Hercules and now I'm ready to go that one step further and gain promotion, and start showing these other muppets who the real deal is round here ... In all seriousness, the competition is really stiff so hopefully this season I can kick on and manage to get promotion.
  9. Hercules Introduction To paraphrase the late great Rowdy Roddy Piper, I came here to win titles and chew bubblegum. And i'm fresh out of bubblegum. The only thing is, this is the lions den, a foreign land. Big things are expected but the club is in massive decline. The Spanish Portsmouth is a nickname bounded about. Not by anyone else, But by me. In fact I just made it up but I like it. It's win or bust. Never has a truer statement been made. No promotion and I'm out. They wanted the title, but I don't think that was ever realistic. This is a project and every good football project needs a philosophy. So what is my football philosophy. Philosophy The philosophy is possession based as well as utilising Jurgen Klopp's Gengenpress. As history has shown, most coaches have utilized high-pressure defending as a means to an end: regaining possession. This follows the standard dogma that more possession logically leads to more opportunities and thus, more goals. Klopp, however, saw the beauty in eliminating the middleman and instead opted to use counter-pressing as an actual part of the attack.Klopp commonly opts for a narrow 4-2-3-1 with width provided by marauding fullbacks. When defending, a high back line effectively crowds the midfield, allows for players to hunt in packs, and makes passing through the center an unsavory proposition for opponents. This is all done in an effort to win back the ball as high up the pitch as possible. Gegenpressing means to pressure the opposition immediately after losing possession. So your team have attacked and lost the ball. The opposition now have possession of the ball and instead of leaving the ball and dropping off to become organised and compact behind the ball, energetic pressure is immediately applied around the ball as an organised and co - cohesive unit. The first priority of Gegenpressing is to try and win the ball back as quickly as possible and then counter the counter attack. The second priority is to force the opposition to make a hurried inaccurate or panicked pass, which your team can gain possession from or intercept or win and then counter attack. I think John Barnes said it best in the words of timeless Rap. "You can defend or attack, theres only one way to beat them get round the back...." Club Overview The club is in massive decline, I came in and I tried to balance the budget. I slashed the wage bill by nearly 15k. Thinking that might help. But with target set for promotion I've put a target on my back. We were a big fish in a small pond but this fish is out of water and is flapping about trying not to die. As you can see the club is in a mess. I'm up **** creek without a paddle. That's enough analogy's for now. It's a funny old game, a game of two halves, at the end of the day ... It gets dark. And out of darkness cometh light. I'm stuck in some sort of cliche loop so lets see what kind of mess i'm in. Season Overview I think I've done ok. Sabadell have been unbelievable Jeff. Playoffs look like the way to go and the only way I will be able to stay in the job. It's been a learning curve but progress has been made I just hope I get the time I deserve. As next season I think the club will really kick on. Spanish Hero/MVP By far and away my best player. Been an absolute machine. Summary I've had 4 board meetings and counting and some how I'm still standing. I'm not going to break out in song, or quote one saying that I will survive. None of that jazz. But I'll leave you with an inspirational meme. From somebody we all know, As this is not a time to stick our heads in the sand. And I am not an Ostrich. But this is a direct message to my board
  10. Just got to Youth Intake day so had a look for players on Youth Contract. And Look what the cat dragged in. Look a bit good, Just offered a contract.
  11. Wolves. Got Iorfa Hause, Both England U21's defenders, Borthwick Jackson on loan too making that 3 and Englands best U19's player Nial Ennis not to mention a few Portugal U21 players Costa, Texiera, Caveliero. Also a sugar daddy on this years FM17 should make for a pretty good save.
  12. Steff! Go Hereford FC, 8th teir. Get 3 thousand crowds average every week which is about the 4th highest outside the football league
  13. I'm starting with Wolves my club. New Chinese owners make us one of the richest teams in the world, plus an outstanding youth policy and room to expand the stadium gives you something to get your teeth stuck into.
  14. Interested! And sent application. Need anymore details send us a message. Also love the league selection as got a soft spot for a team in Segunda B and always do saves with them, Are the teams randomly drawn or can you nominate who you would like
