Bumping this as it has dropped down a few pages without a reply being given.

I uploaded a save named 'FM22_AS Roma_player_trait' -- not sure if it actually finished the upload as I lost the connection at some point.

In FM22 it happens quite frequently -- 2/3 times a season. It just happened again in another save. Pellegrini acquired a trait from Gagliardini even though his estimated effect from group is 'none'.

Also, in case of the Recruitment Analyst, even if you start a game with the maximum number (e.g. 4/4), a Recruitment Analyst is still generated. Attached a screenshot for reference.
