Just a minor liverpool data issue. Sven dworaczek is now a sxout for Chelsea and Chris mckean is now chief scout at Dundee United.

[Scouts scouting knowledge not showing in game]

Hi guys. Does anyone know why on the most recent game and in last 3 I think why scouting knowledge that is set in the editor does not appear in the game fully. For example Paul Goldrick at Liverpool should have knowledge of Scandinavia, Italy, Turkey, Greece, the former yugoslav countries and a couple of others in Eastern Europe but in the game he only has knowledge of England. Does anyone know if this is an ongoing issue or something the developers wanted. Cheers in advance for any feedback.
