It's not allowing me to install any of them. All giving error this update is not applicable to your computer. I tried all the versions.

@Alan A Wadge Looks like you are connecting your TV as an output for the monitor? 

If you disconnect the TV, does this help? 

I disconnected the HDMi and connected remotely to PC from another device, still same issue. FM21 used to work perfectly if that helps.
