see i use the Mr Hough and JP Woody version with arsenal, but i change the left striker (RVP) to a trequartista (sp?) the middle one (Chamakh/Eduardo) becomes an attacking complete forward and the right striker (Walcott) becomes a poacher, sitting top in the first season and RVP is banging them in whilst he is also top assister, walcott doesnt score many, but when he does its normally an important goal (away to man utd and chelsea for example) just like to say thanks to everyone who has worked with this tactic, its brilliant!

This is so frustrating guys but i think its as good as we can get it right now.
What ever me or JP give the strikers they still seem to push out wide constatly and thats where the problem lies.
I just played a game on my everton tester save and Yakubu got the ball just inside his own half and had Saha uphead, It was a 2-2 situation but instead of either passing or running at goal he takes the ball out wide and runs to the corner flag WTF!!!!!!
That was the final straw for me and it's sad because we where hoping to sort these problems out.
It looks like this FM is gonna be doiminated by 3 striker formations, I just hope SI sort these problems out for FM11
bit random but would this have anything to do with "time wasting"??

what do you use genie for? because if its only for scouting, FMRTE does that, and it works with this DB!

Hi guys !
I was just wondering if some of you who have played more than one season with this database could post what happened at the World Cup in your saves, out of interest. In my Wolves save, this is what happened in mine :
Final : Brazil 1 (Didi) - 0 Hungary
Top scorer : Sandor Kocsis - 7 goals
Most assists : Johann Cruyff - 5 assists
Highest average rating : Denis Law - 8.45
NB : Brazil drew their first two games 0-0 and promptly sacked Télé Santana ! Carlos Alberto Perreira took over and obviously did quite well. England were knocked out in the group stage, from a group containing Denmark, Ghana and Costa Rica (hardly the group of death). Scotland only went out in the second round after losing to eventual finalists Hungay 4-3 a.e.t.
lol this might make ya laugh.... the world cup final was played between England, and Scotland, with Scotland winning 2-0!!!
top scorer was pele on 5
top assister was Glenn Hoddle on 5
highest average rating was pele on 8.60
the only real surprise in the group stages was that spain finished bottom of thier group which had france and chile who qualified and south korea who finished third...
brazil got knocked out in the quarters by italy who lost to england in the semi's

thankyou Deus dude, lol i honestly think SI should employ you to make this an "official" database on a yearly basis!!!

ok this tactic is amazing, im middlesboro in the second season, i took over them in the first in december and was 19th in the championship, i won that after not losing a game for the rest of the season, and ive just won the premiership after scoring a total of 103 goals in the league! thank you MrHough!

ok so i took over middlesborough in december with them sitting 19th in the championship, with a few loan signings (matic, koevemans and codrea) i am now sitting in 2nd after going on a 16 games unbeaten streak (11 wins in a row) in march and looking like i could win the league! i really like this tactic (the classic one this is!) KUTGW!
