Hi, Could you please uninstall the game and download the 'full installer' from your Electronic Software Distibutor (Amazon, Game, Metaboli etc.) - We have provided them with fully patched new builds. Then please monitor Kaspersky and ensure it doesn't flag any concerns with the FM11 directory, maybe just add the FM11 directory to an 'exclusion' list temporarily. The reason I am advising to download the full build is to clean up your directory and remove the unecessary files. Thanks.

  4. Please check your firewall first then please - we'll come to the 'proxy' if the firewall isn't an issue

  6. Hi, Normally the file will download to your 'Downloads' folder (Vista/Win7), or Desktop (XP) etc Failing that - please download the 'full game' again from your ESD partner. Thanks

  8. Hi, The 'ByteShield' fix version is being released tomorrow - I'd wait until you are contacted by your Electronic Distributor - as they will provide the correct download links. This will be the fully patched version of the game, with the fixes that we have applied to help those customers suffering with ByteShield problems. Thanks

I have posted some questions to that thread that I would like you to answer please and we'll ensure you get up and running ASAP.
  11. Hi Mark, Have you tried the BETA fix on page 2 of this thread? I do fully appreciate your frustration - but we are releasing an updated version hopefully tomorrow, or Tuesday at the latest. Yes, some people are experiencing problems with activation, but it is only a small number of people compared to the thousands that are currently playing the game. I know this doesn't help you, but just wanted to put the problems you are experiencing into context. If you could also keep the comments about ByteShield to this 'thread' - that will help you get the assistance you require - posting outside of this thread isn't likely to help as we are not monitoring the main forum. Could you also provide some further information as well please: 1) OS 2) AntiVirus vendor 3) Firewall vendor Thanks.
  12. Hi, We are releasing a patch on Monday/Tuesday that will address these issues - you will have a high number of 'offline' runs before being asked to re-validate - upwards of 35 - so depending upon the duration of your excursion, this should be fine. Thanks

  14. Hi Janc09 So you followed the instuctions and then ran the FM.exe in the root of the Football Manager directory? saudit.dll is a standard install file for FM11? Please make sure that this is in the root of the FM directory...
