Yeah, but this is a game...like managers ask for stadium improvements, buy and sell players, and negotiate contracts....or even better like there are managers nowadays......Coach is the right name...but then again this is a game.

When are we going to be allowed to choose which areas of our training ground and Stadium will be develop and the design for it? Games like Premier manager 3 and the Manager did it in the 90´s why cant we have this on football manager? I would like to choose the design of my Stadium and which stand I would develop first, a fan zone near the stadium, of if I build a better gym or a recovery pool on my training grounds and the looks of it. Keep waiting every year for this kind of feature but theres no way for you guys to make it available. Thank you
