To check final league money for the english prem, you will need to goto prem >Stage 0-League then look for league settings should be just before league schedule, so click on league settings, then scroll to bottom of that page, there you will find the final ranking money, you can also edit that, to what you want, as for the spanish, i have no idea, maybe someone else can help you wilth that
