I play in a league in Israel, any player who is about to end a contract in another country, I can offer him a contract about six months before the end of the current contract, and if he agrees, he moves to me the following season. Only in teams within Israel I cannot offer players who are finishing a contract, a contract for the next season, but have to purchase from the team. When the end of that player's contract comes, because he did not want to extend the contract in his current team, he simply stays there without a contract, does not play and cannot be offered to him from another team. Is it possible to do something with it? Maybe in the editor?
