Why am I having to watch under 18 games

Hi All, I am pretty new to 2024 and everything was fine with my game. My assistant manager changed and I am having to watch under 18 games when none of the responsibilities have changed. Its a bit annoying any help gratefully appreciated. Weirdly I don't have to watch under 21 games.
