Promotion from JFL to J3 requires ・professional status ・average 2000 visitors per game ・average €60k ticket income per game ・stadium capacity of 5000 There are some clubs which meets the requirements but does not have the will to join the professional categories such as Honda. So instead of getting rid of promotion, it might be better to check these requirements when season ends.
