Is there a way to change prize money or squad selection rules in a current save game? Pre-game editor doesn't work and in-game editor isn't that powerfull i heared. ( I'm playing in fm23 )

I've found the solution. If anyone is wondering: Untick the "Fixture rules" box from Second League, that league doesn't do anything -
When i take the serbian league into the advanced editor. And than test the rules, it gives the error below: I dont know why it does it. This message shows even before changing a thing. I would like to change to registration rules. But because of this error i can't do that. I attached both the files, the one with no changes, and the one where i changed squad registration rules. Hope one can help me out here.

Hi, I am currently playing in the Serbian league and i would like to delete the foreign players policy. The only thing i did was to add a nation and went to advanced settings in the editor. Then i went to the superleague and removed those rules and saved it. After that i tried to test my rules and i received the following error: "Serbian First League, Club X has no squad slected for Serbian First League Preliminary Phase on 5/8/2023" Is there someone that can help me out with this error? I've searched the internet but couldn't find any solutions. FYI i do not own the in-game editor. Dont know if there is a problem in that.... Hope some can help me :) Geen foreigners 2 .fmf
