To anyone this might help i finally found after about 6 hours of searching, it opens when you are about to loan the player using the move to other club on loan in the editor. That is after opening the editor and selecting move to other club on loan it will appear and youll be able to set up loan conditions . Hope it helps 😁😁

Hey guys, i dont know how fast anyone will answer. I once edited a players loan clause that i brought into my club on loan that after he reaches 10 league games therell be a buyout clause of 1.2m. And i just cant seem to know where or how i did it again Anyone that has any idea please
