Basically what the title says. I got a recent performance review. I put the screenshots below in Dutch and English. The game translates satisfactory as geweldig (fabulous/amazing) where 'voldoende' would be the most logical choice. It also translates delighted as teleurgesteld (disappointed) which is quite an understated reaction, even for the Dutch. 'Zeer tevreden' would probably be the best choice.
