I'm trying to combine World Cup and Continental Tournament Qualification into a single qualifying competition for each continent. This is meant to be similar to the qualification structure used in AFC for the last 9 years. However, I need to understand how the Advanced Editor works in terms of how to process qualifications to multiple or single tournaments. Using a UEFA qualification group as an example, here's what I'm hoping to achieve below:
UEFA Qualification Group:
1) Team Qualifies for World Cup and Euros
2) Team Qualifies for Euros
3) Team Qualifies for Euros
4) Eliminated
5) Eliminated
6) Eliminated
What Settings in the advanced rules should I be applying in the editor to best achieve this? I'm assuming Fate Actions play a role, but I'm not sure how.
