I am doing the Pentagon Challenge. Got this Egyptian side promoted in my second season and finished third in my first season in the Premier League.
However the board consistently refuse to fund my third coaching course, citing that they need to be selfish as it would mean they would lose me to better opportunities.
During one interaction I even gave an ultimatum to them but they didn’t give in. I eventually resigned at the end of the season I finished third. They tried to talk me out of it. I would have stayed if one of the options was a promise to fund the next course.
I have found a new job in the same division as no other club wants me due to the fact I’m not qualified enough. I managed to coax a promise out of the new team that I would manage, that they would fund a coaching course.
Does that course automatically start now I’ve taken over or will I have to ask when the coaching request resurfaces again?
Is there any techniques where I could get around the stubbornness of owners, as doing this challenge seems pointless with this glitch?
