HI, I have recently bought FM23 after finally deciding to move on from FM21. I am currently Aston Villa and we start with McGinn as captain but he has poor leadership stats before I upset him by changing to a player with better leadership stats. I though I would send McGinn on a Leadership Course, something which I did with Grealish back on FM21, But the option no longer seems to be there for any player to be sent on a Leadership Course. Is it no longer an option and players just naturally improve Leadership with experience of being Captain. Thanks in advance, Blackthorne19
