I have just completed a season with Coruna in Segunda Liga (2nd season) and the game crashes every time I click the button to view ’How you lined up’ on season review. This started happening today and looks like a consistent issue in recent days as there is also a Reddit thread on the same issue - https://www.reddit.com/r/footballmanagergames/s/olHWDAzGnV The error wasn’t present a week or so ago when I completed the first season.
