how would one make teams who lose in champions league qualifying qualify for Europa league/conference league

completely forgot to reply to this but this helped a lot so thanks

i have struggled to find any help on this issue. how do i add the competition for every country i want involved for example the competition is the Nordic shield so i want teams from all the Nordic countries
