  1. Interact with managers, transfer targets, players, coaches but more depth please with more outcome like talking to players on loan is extremely important.. keeping an eye on them with match report is not enough we need to start getting involved with the manger if the players not getting his game and get involved with the player positive or negative which could also bring in brand new press dialogue..

My team's moral is exceptional or very high even as a wining team can moral also have a tiny impact from a player's weekly monthly goals and targets that they would like to meet in there weekly, monthly basis and if they don't it's not a club or manager problem maybe 0.03% per player per 3 months just guessing but maybe just adds to that club moral not match day moral (explore in this many ways you would like to try venture with this one) rather you guys work on this idea to try implement

I don't want to finish a season in 12 hours because of the game management being taken away and options being removed, gameplay being removed and removing parts of the game on football manager pc version it takes me about an hour just to get to next game because I have so much to do.. youth and players training development and my ever ongoing search scouting the world using my coaches etc etc if the ones that moan about playing a football manager game but don't want the management or interaction because of how long and complicated it takes they can still play game every 3 minutes.. but me being pc version can take me well over half hour to get to next game with the amount of things that I do and would like to do when you will add more interactions and game management

Interact with manager forcing a press battle that could last for a season or 2 and then players also getting the fever on the pitch and comments being made in inbox or news etc and overdoing it with manager interactions just leads to a failed campaign meaning making it 2 managers acceptable and 3 managers you will just mess your season up somehow in someway it will take a toll like the players will just be losing there heads basically.. also the manager you are having these dialogues with that also leads to new non repetitive press because the dialogue between the managers is very ongoing long road and season ahead it then creates a interaction in game play where other games the interaction between managers is not available because you have to start a dialogue and press battle then you begin your strategy or winding up your opposing manager.. just like getting a player to focus on calm down you could open one up with the opposite team manager when certain decisions on the pitch or game play is going.. it's also like it could get you as a manager disciplined, carded because we want to be able to interact with fourth official also which could get us carded and disciplined fined etc which again more interaction causing more out comes and ways the match twists and turns and the players manage to take control of a situation where you could get a red card and it's upto the mentality and personality of your players to get through the game.. with the right assistant by your side aswell
  5. Scout teams, scout league under 23 pllayers in the league, top assists in the league.. etc scout backroom staff get to know the information etc
  6. Can we get goals of the week, month and season please.. then we can with more interaction praise them from doing this

You can give youth promises but how about trying to help a player with his targets or personal goals for the week or month and don't let it effect to much on his next games or towards manager but just an extra milestone if you like 0.02% for a week if he dont get percentage of pass completion.. like a manager promise but a player wants 6 shots in 2 games and wants atleast 4 on target he could hit 8 shots with 3 on target is he happy with the milestone for that week I dont know but don't let it be such a big impact when a player's target fails it's more of a milestone weekly or monthly.. really do like the sound of this one tbh I have many more ideas but this one would look and be great and you know that you will get the best out of you players with there personality, traits, attributes and a few personal targets..
  8. Does the mentality of a goalkeeper make him go up at 90 minutes to try get the draw or the win or in the 92nd minute.. should the keeper need certain personality, trait or mental attributes to go up towards the end of the game in crucial games.
  9. I need to request more scouting funds theres plenty in budget 100,000s under wage but can't get mass scouting done because no way to increase.
  10. We know we want the pc version of the manager attributes and growth from choices made over the years aswell as taking the courses to get licence. We also need contracts that have option to older players for coach role for when you bring us back our 10-12 coaching team and staff.. coach course and badge license aswell and it all costs money and time etc *Maybe* also putting older players on coaching courses.. etc etc have certain coaches allocated to certain players *maybe*

There's a limited amount of players you can register for competitions and this needs to be implied considering this is a manager game and this makes the most important start to the campaign if choice making which is there untill the end of the competition.. adding interaction and difficultly whilst engaging in choice making like a football manager
  12. Language course for all players new, old and coaches and put a low/high price tag on how long, easy and difficult it is to the player or coaches adaptability and some failing..

You have great depth in the finance page showing the income and expenditure etc.. budget adjustment is good but if I was starting at a non league team with not even a pound or euro to spare I would want to have an option where to invest such as a burger stand, merchandise, making sponsor deals because when you start your lucky there's a few quid to try build up in a month so if there was options to allocate them funds either spend that balance to purchase to upgrades from a non league club, then when your in a league like say league 2 spend that on stands for capacity, that's the basics on what to do when your a non league club trying but a burger stand or keep the balance to try pay a players wages? This is football management at its best just adding a simple thing to the finance page in any way you like but just add some interaction where to allocate the funds you have choose wages or sell merch, food etc
  14. You make FM for decades and make it better and better in certain ways but at the same time you then start to remove the more important stuff 🥴🥴🥴

They have added little things to big things and you can't go wrong your selfs adding a few little things like they have.. it's not copying but getting an idea from how they have improved and evolved the way they have like showing the speed of a shot when scored and distance to the training on player mode is literally dynamite.. there training for player mode is out of this world for interaction and visuals but adds more scenarios to make life harder as a manager you want the game to be difficult cuz adding this sort of thing in FM adds more dynamic and difficulty to succeed but console does not offer the interaction needed to overcome any difficulty because of the less interaction and less scenarios to work with.. assigning individual coaches to players.. there's so much you could do for console users and pc version that will bring in all the old and original fans you keep letting down every time you bring a FM out there's always big disappointment not little but massively annoying things you have removed not even missed but removed is ridiculous.. it's a manager game and there's no management to it.. pc version of the manager progressing and coaching badges etc is great to work on.. stop removing, atleast put them back and try add or tweak original ideas
