The bug happend to me when i added multiple leagues then saved after a few got Loaded in and some didnt Then i tested a bit and it seems to be only the Case when you load Multiple Leagues in and a Couple are added a Couple are not and then you save and Load. so to be safe just Never save the game while not not having any Add/removed league planned -
Savegames Corrupt when your add/remove leagues Midgame

after some testing i found out the Savegame corrupts when you change 2 Leagues and Save the game and load it after 1 League changed and the other has not already -
like the Title says if you add/remove leagues Midsave the Savefile Corrupts as soon as the new League is added/Removed
