Do you know when this will be please? Can’t really play it with the way it is

I am in the mobile version using a iPhone and iPad, every time I play a game my assistant is making subs and changing tactics without me touching it. Very annoying and unplayable at the moment. I have set up x3 different team and get it on every team I’ve done.
