I was playing in latvia league in my first season I promised to play youngsters in order for them to invest in youth academy and I played 4 or 5 19-22 years old pretty regularly. I won the league by breaking the record for most points in history, but after my last game I got sacked cause I didn't played youngsters, I was untouchable at this point in the game as my status with the management.
