hi there, i have already posted this exact problem few months ago and still the same problem, since fm22. Israeli clubs don't buy players from other Israeli clubs. since Israeli premier league have foreign cap of max 6 players, it creates a massive problem as the save go further in time. clubs sell players, cant buy foreign because of the foreign cap and cant buy Israeli players because of this weird problem and then the teams just have holes in their squad. expect this problem to be solved in the winter update.

I played for many seasons and I noticed that Israeli clubs only buy players from foreign clubs, non Israeli clubs. due to a rule that Israeli club can register max 6 foreign players, it causes a situation which teams, especially the top ones, struggle to find Israeli players because not many Israeli players play in foreign clubs, and than often top teams start with terrible academy players, because there is not Israeli in this certain position in foreign club. another problem is when player in Israeli club doesn't renew his contract, he stuck in the club and doesn't play at all. so because he is not free agent, and Israeli teams don't buy players for another Israeli teams, this player is gone and teams struggle to bring players. this makes the save very easy and unrealistic because I'm the only one who can bring players and top teams just falling apart and can't compete.
