A squad member with impact sub playing time became worried when a player was signed in his position with regular starter playing time. This has now led to a team leader meeting where i have to reassure the impact sub that the regular starter won't affect their playing time... as an impact sub. This seems like a good interaction, that has been misapplied in this instance.
It would make more sense to only have this interaction trigger when players of a similar position & expected playing time are involved, not just position as has happened in this instance.

This interaction seems to trigger fairly regularly when new players are signed in positions of the field where you are already well stocked.
