Playing with USA, trying to name team for Copa America, but many U-23 players were put in U-23 squad for a friendly when already on main roster, and are not able to be put back on main roster.

Playing as Newcastle, Lewis Hall transferred from Chelsea on loan to buy, he played a game for Chelsea before transferring to Newcastle, now says he can't play due to being under offer from another team.
