I am not sure if these pics help but as you can see I make an offer from A.Madrid to RB Leipzig but the offer does not show up and even when I offer Gvardiol from RB Leipzig to A.Madrid the offer does not show up as it usually should. I also sent in my save file -
I have two manager profiles set up on one save for me and another person. Transfer offers do not show up when you make them on the same device for some reason.
