CMAC1986 posted an issue in Gameplay Issues

Hello guys. I have seen this pop up a few times for people and I still don't see a fix for the switch version. Can someone please help? I know that this is FMT 23 but we should still be helped. I cannot choose an affiliate in the area for create a club. I have seen this issue appears for Xbox users and ps5 user's. Has someone figured out how to sort this? Thanks
