Data updates not showing when starting new game...

All seems in order in the editor. I don't get it either! -
Hi, I'm having some issues and SEGA Support directed me here... I moved the Sports Interactive folder from default to new location and changed in-game settings to point to this but they don't show up as a database option when starting new game. Help please? I also get a message saying can't create dump directory when launching game and I don't have any controlled access so that fix isn't applicable. I've tried completely uninstalling and re-installing everything but problem persists.
