After a player/staff are with a team for a long enough period (10 years for example) there should be an increased chance that when your youth intake comes in you have their son (daughter in the future) come through as a newgen.
This is already a feature in the game but as far as I'm aware it doesn't happen enough for someone to notice on a standard save. Personally I feel that this would improve realism as in real life there are many players that have familial connections in football and this is not something really explored in FM, and having noticeable names with real life connections in FM saves that are in the future would support keeping me engaged in my saves.
