Context: I am in July of 2028 playing as Montana in Bulgaria. Montana does not begin with a B team and I selected them under the knowledge that I would be able to get a B and C team in the future (many Bulgarian clubs have B and C level teams). I have won the league 4 consecutive years and have made the knockout playoff of the Champions League twice, and with clubs in the second division having C teams, it is laughable that the only development club I have is the U19s and a loan affiliate in the 3rd division. The first link I attached is the post I made in July of 2027 in game, it is currently July of 2028 and after waiting a year in order to wait for everything to tick over, it has now been over 18 months since the board granted the B team and over 13 months since they said it was completed. This first image here is showing that I cannot request a B team again, because according to the game, that action was already completed in June of 2027. In this image, it shows that there is no B team in the development center. I even got the editor in the hopes of being able to edit it in, but I didn't realize you could not do that. I have really sunk my teeth into this save and I really hope I do not have to move teams or restart because of this (it is crucial to the nation build plan so my players can get scouting exposure to other Bulgarian clubs). If anyone who has the ability to can give me one or something along those lines, or show me how to do file wizardry to get me one, I would love to know because I am feeling a bit dejected about this.
