  1. Whilst enjoying my save sat down unemployed trying to get the Havant and Waterlooville job I thought , I wanna have Teddy Sharman Lowe on loan next season and then I had an idea.. development reputation, this would be a rating that clubs can get based on the treatment of loan players, clubs who hold players who could be stars in the lower leagues will be bombarded with emails about loan offers, in a summary the bigger club can choose where the player goes based on past loans the smaller club has used, this means the higher the reputation the more that clubs will be happy to loan out there players to and for cheaper percentage payments. I believe that if I have Mo Dabre from Swindon and he has 3 offers from 3 clubs in the Isthmian leagues there should be a reputation between 3 of those clubs and if for example Faversham has the highest rating, I will send Mo Dabre out to them in the hopes of a better experience for him and better development. An example in the real world could be Swindon who would have a higher rating and that is not bias as players like Steven Benda or Sol Brynn have had above average times and have even stood out in the league with good Improvements that could see them playing for their home teams in less seasons projected prior to the loan. In the game I could be managing Dundee United in 2055 and have my best German regen who I've signed for the future, I would prefer to send him out on loan to Bonnyrigg Rose who has a development rating of 78 compared to Elgin city who has a measly 12 rating as they have had loans, however not given them opportunities that they had promised in the Loan negotiations. I still am a fan of the franchise love it over anything but a development rating could be the decider of whether Man City send Cole palmer to Swansea and will not come back with enough experience to play for City and could have a negative impact on his development or they could send him to Hull where he may be given time in the Prem after a successful loan, this would mean that Hull may be used more by other Prem clubs to develop their own Top Prospects. I really do think that this will add a factor of difficulty as a manager will have to try and keep the reputation up, any of the inbox messages that you see about loan reports and how a manager is negative towards you not playing a midfielder in a certain role would have a negative impact on the clubs treatment of developing players and it would mean that clubs don't loan out as many player to you. When offering to clubs as a manager yourself you could have a non negotiable clause that seeks out clubs with development rating of 90 plus, this could mean that you as the manager will be satisfied towards the factor that you player is more likely to be in good hands at that club and may have a chance in the future at your current club Thanks for your time, I really do back this idea and believe it would be a very good feature to implement in the game.
