Exactly The point I made on My Topic...MANAGER CONTRACTS AND CONTRACT LENGTH AND RENEWAL...How they always ignore this key factor is baffling.

1. I am somewhat surprised that every year new installments emerge without this feature and no one seems to notice or bring it to the table for consideration and possible implementation.. It's called FOOTBALL MANAGER right?,Yet one of the key factors of the MANAGER'S career is ignored every year,How is it possible to manage a football team for 30 years without contractual agreements,no contract length,no salary structure,no contract renewal,no review,just NOTHING,IT DOESN'T ECHO THE REALITY OF FOOTBALL AT ALL..Please create a page for this feature in the next installment and future ones..If inter-club affiliations feature exists (which in my opinion isn't really necessary compared to other non-existent features) then Manager contracts should be an easy inclusion. 2. Also create an option to take a job at the end of the season,not just the MID-SEASON "Accept job offer and Reject job offer" options when approached by a higher team. 3.I believe FM mobile is way too popular and big a brand to still be on this 2D match engine on mobile, Please strongly consider an upgrade,it doesn't have to be all sophisticated..just something similar to FCM23 will do..
