Adding scouted players to the squad planner for future transferobjects, is a good way to plan ahead. But after the 24-edition something went wrong; When adding players from the scouting section, the player doesn't appear in the squad planner? Am I doing it all wrong?? (sorry for the norwegian in the scrshts, but you understand!)

I have a loan-player, with a mandatory, future transfer fee. Is the fee already deducted from my transfer fund? Or must I save transfer funds for paying the fee later? (sorry for the nowegian text in the picture, but you'll get it)
