There is a bug with argentinian regen names, where more than half of them are named Tomas.
The first image shows every argentinian regen, while the second one shows those who are aregntinian and called Tomas. This specific save file uses a custom database which enables Argentina's lower leagues. The link to the db is: https://www.sudamakers.com/argentina-db-real-2023. I also enabled the option that adds players to playable teams. Just to be sure, I also tested it without this database and it produced the same kind of results, albeit on a much smaller scale.
