Players are randomly disappearing when moved into certain positions on the tactics screen. This then leaves only 10 players on the screen making them impossible to substitute or move. This happens during a game and outside of one. It generally happens when moving a player into the central attacking midfielder position behind the strikers. The players will reappear if the formation is set to 4 4 2 but as soon as you tinker with the formation the bug reappears.
