Good news, everyone!
I won a CL and BL with Munich 1860 on my 4th season! But to my sadness it was done with the help of Knap tactics. Rarely modified by me, but it doesn't matter a lot.
I want to recreate my own ideas and to build my own tactics. But on one hand we have wanted tactic and on the other hand tactics, which give a result in FM. And most often these are 2 different tactics. Not everything that you would like to create, work effectively.
I need a help to recreate my ideas in tactics build-up.
I see counter attacking game with 4-3-3 for my team. Intensive pressing on just our own half with compact rigid structure and tough tackles. Sort of Diego Simeone's tactic.
There I see a deep lying playmaker, who makes long passes to a tall and powerful targetman. I need long balls just from him, not from the whole team. That is, they tackled the ball, found a defensive midfielder with a short pass. He made a long pass to the targetman. Only on him and no one else.
Forward is a sort of targetman-playmaker, who goes deeper to receive passes and can fight for the ball, cover it, hold it and pass it to the to clear semi-flank zones. Where high-speed wingers burst in. Or, maybe, a second striker, if I'd like to play with 2 forwards.
Fast counter attacking play.
The structure of the game is very simple. But I can't even do it!
Because if I play long passes, everyone, besides the playmaker does them. And all this is more like a desire to kick the ball forward for good luck, to anyone in attack, than an aimed pass to a target man.
And all this leads to a constant loss of the ball and the lack of a clear game in attack.
