2 Saves corrupted in one career

I'm 2 years into a J League save and in both seasons I have had my primary save file randomly corrupt out of nowhere. After this second corruption I have lost all progress in my second year. when I load the save files that have been corrupted they just say files cannot be loaded. I have tried reinstalling and reverifying the game files. I don't use any mods or in game editors and I didn't add any now leagues midseason. I seems to have just happened randomly. I've never had a problem with this before in the last 8 FM games so I don't know why it's happening with such regularity now, it's really hampering my enjoyment of an otherwise fantastic instalment in the series The save files are far bigger than the 9.77 mb upload limit so i have tried to attach them to this enquiry as other files

absolutely! sorry it has taken this long to respond. When i try to submit my save file for this it says that i am unable to as my file is too big. is there a way to fix this?

I am currently in the 5th year of my save and every season I have been asking for additional sports scientists as we have one of the weakest ratings for it in the league despite getting champions league for the past 2 seasons. There has been a change in ownership but every time I have asked no matter the owner or financial position of the club I am never granted it. Other staffing requests are always granted, it's just sports scientists. Some help would be appreciated.
