I believe that celebrating birthdays and other in-game features that involve discussion/debate/dialogue would be cool!

When simulating, I think that providing notifications of events and emails popping up on screen would provide a better experience.

I have a suggestion for a future Football Manager Game which would be PERFECT! I think that real life managers should become playable (eg. I am Erik Ten Haag at Man UTD) rather than having to make a gimmick version or be a made up manager. I also believe that we should be able to be players, eg. control their career path simulation and then become a manager with them once they retire (for both real player and custom character). I really believe that these would provide a better experience to FM and I would really appreciate to get a response from the team!
