Can't join friend online game

I came here since I haven't got a reply yet but I will create support ticket again -
Hi guys, have been playing with a friend for long time now on fm23. We recently came back for the winter patch and after like a week of playing, none of us could connect with the host. We are 4 players. The loading prompt appears and then after like 5 seconds, nothing happens and it just take us back to the menu ( joining online game menu). We not sure what's the problem.
