I can not see jobs from other countries leagues - PS5

I have only activated the scottish leagues. Found out I had to activate the leagues in the beginning... Is there any chance I can add some Leagues to my savegame? Would be really annoying if I had to start all over again... -
I am coaching in Scotland, won there everything with the Rangers. I am now want a new Job in another country, but I only see free jobs in the scottish leagues. How can I see jobs in other countries like Italy or Germany for example?
