  1. Hi @Zachary Whyte thanks for replying. Is it not possible for you to allow us to remove the previous update so we can just play our save games? I'm too into my old save and not interested in starting again because SI couldn't be bothered test their product before release (twice!!!).
  2. At this stage it's ridiculous. I don't actually believe it's being investigated anymore and they're just hoping people will stop complaining. Completely ignoring my tickets sent to them and radio silence on social media. So poor from a company I did, before this shambles, enjoy.
  3. Yes I sent an email to them telling them that the update didn't correct the issue and they asked me for further information. I provided that information on the same day and nothing has been said since. All I can find online is 1 tweet to someone saying it's being investigated. Seems everyone else querying it is being ignored.
  4. It's now been well over a week since I was able to load my saved game on Nintendo Switch. Since then all I've heard back is a single tweet saying it's being investigated. What is actually going on? It seems plenty of people are having the same issue and it's being completely ignored. Is anyone able to give any form of update?
