I found it when I am using pre-game editor and create games. If the league rule allow register more then 6 foreign players in the overall squad (normally unlimited players registration) and the match squad rule only allow six foreign players included in that match, then the club will not sign more then six foreign player or not register the another foreign player. It is not make sense becuase some league can buy more then 6 foreign players in real world and make substitution. Thanks.
