Hi there, I’ve still had no response to my ticket raised on the 23rd of Feb, or this post here. I’m really missing playing the game so would like some help in solving the issue, please.

I have: https://support.sega.com/hc/requests/592650 but I’ve not had any response.

My game will no longer load via Apple Arcade on my MacBook Air. I can still access the save via my phone. When trying to open the game on the MacBook I see the Arcade screen, and it signs me in to Game Centre. The screen then goes completely black. Sometimes my achievements etc appear in the top right hand corner from Game Centre, but nothing ever loads past this black screen. I am on the latest version of Ventura OS, thinking about it it hasn't worked since that update was done.
